Datasets of ABC Companies and farmers of Cundinamarca Mendeley Data This data shown the test of trend comparison between the inventory of the food agro-industry and the data obtained by simulation model through system dynamics methodology. The datasets was obtained as from several interviews to managers and operators in food agro-industry of the Cundinamarca region in Colombia. 70 interviews was applied between 2015 and 2016. This research follows validation methods both the structural and behaviour proposed by (Qudrat-Ullah and Seong, 2010; Sterman, 2000). The validation method developed covers the 2005-2016 time frame.
