Variables include participant group allocation, age, gender, height, weight, body mass index (BMI), pain intensity scores using the Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS), shoulder range of motion measurements (flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, internal rotation, and external rotation), and Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) scores. Pre- and post-intervention values, along with change scores, are provided for each outcome variable. The data were recorded in a structured spreadsheet format and anonymized to maintain participant confidentiality. This dataset can be used for statistical analysis, reproducibility, and future research purposes.
