Jang, Seongman Processed data on commercial-district instability and post-instability sales trajectories in Seoul Mendeley Data This dataset contains the processed data used to verify the main empirical findings of a study on commercial-district instability and post-instability sales trajectories in Seoul. The study examines 1,090 Type A alley commercial districts over 27 quarters from 2019Q1 to 2025Q3. The deposited files include the district-quarter panel, valid stability and instability sequences, stable–unstable–stable transition events, post-instability sales outcome classifications, stable-district Monte Carlo benchmark results, and bootstrap comparisons. The original data are publicly available from the Seoul Open Data Plaza. Detailed descriptions of the deposited files, data sources, sample definitions, and analytical notes are provided in README.md.
