<dc:title>Assessment of Human Adaptation to Flooding through Migration and Settlement Dynamics</dc:title>
<dc:publisher>Mendeley Data</dc:publisher>
<dc:description>This repository contains the datasets and source code supporting the study "Assessment of Human Adaptation to Flooding through Migration and Settlement Dynamics." It includes annual flood extent GeoTIFFs derived from the Global Flood Database (MODIS; 2000–2014) and Sentinel-1/Sentinel-2 (2015–2024), together with annual built-up area (100 m) and population density (1 km) GeoTIFFs obtained from the WorldPop project. The repository also provides the Google Earth Engine (GEE) scripts used for flood mapping and geospatial processing. These datasets were integrated with hydrological and climatic observations to investigate long-term relationships among flood dynamics, migration, and settlement patterns in Sirajganj District, Bangladesh. All GeoTIFF files are provided in standard GIS-compatible formats to facilitate reproducibility and further geospatial analyses.</dc:description>
