Sato, Hideyasu Dataset: Use of Nutrition Facts Label and Purchase of Vegetable Juice Questionnaire in Japan Mendeley Data The data aim to gain information about the relationship between consumers’ nutritional knowledge and their usage of nutrition facts labels, as well as the impact of using nutrition facts labels on product purchases. The available data files are three: (i) a codebook that maps the variables’ names and values to the questionnaire’s questions and answers; (ii) raw data of the collected survey translated into English; and (iii) a grand total table (GT table) for each questionnaire item.
