<dc:title>Gouvernance perçue du suivi-évaluation et performance des projets forêt-environnement au Cameroun</dc:title>
<dc:publisher>Mendeley Data</dc:publisher>
<dc:description>This study analyzes the influence of perceived monitoring and evaluation (M&E) governance on the perceived performance of forest and environmental projects in Cameroon. The research is based on a survey conducted among 80 beneficiaries of two sustainable forest resource management initiatives (COPAL and Dibang). Data were analyzed using reliability coefficients, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and principal component analysis (PCA). The findings indicate that inclusive participation is the strongest determinant of perceived project performance, while transparency plays a secondary role and accountability remains the weakest dimension. The study proposes a beneficiary-centered model of perceived M&E governance and contributes to the literature on project governance in the African context.</dc:description>
