<dc:title>IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CRYSTAL AGILE NUDGE METHODOLOGY TO IMPROVE STUDENTS’ MENTAL HEALTH AND LEADERSHIP BEHAVIOR DURING HIGHER EDUCATION LEARNING IN INDONESIA </dc:title>
<dc:publisher>Mendeley Data</dc:publisher>
<dc:description>Higher education is expected to produce not only academically competent graduates but also develop their character, personality, social competence, and capacity to become future leaders. Therefore, students need systematic support to develop mental health or well-being and leadership behaviors.
This study analyzes the implementation of Crystal Agile Nudge (CAN) as an intervention during collaborative learning to support students' mental health and leadership behaviors. A qualitative case study design was used with 119 students from five higher education institutions in Java, Indonesia, aged 18–23, who participated in project-based, collaborative, or team-based learning for 13 weeks (26 sessions; 50 minutes per session). Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, student reflection journals, learning documents, project outcomes, and digital learning artifacts. Data were analyzed using reflective thematic analysis. </dc:description>
