By analyzing a broad infrared spectrum (6000-80 cm-1) encompassing near-infrared (NIR), mid-infrared (MIR), and far-infrared (FIR) regions, the characteristic vibrational signatures of these samples were investigated. Utilizing a Bruker Invenio-R spectrometer equipped with an attenuated total reflection (ATR) (2mm) diamond accessory, high-resolution spectra with an accumulation of 64 scans, at a spectral resolution of 4 cm-1 are acquired and processed using OPUS 8.7.41 software.
