  • This database contains facial images of volunteers in frontal and random poses. Each facial image collection has a visible light image, an infrared image and a depth image. Version 02 The images in this database version were collected by a single person during the period of December 17 2018 to 01 July of the year 2019 at Univali University. This dataset was created with the approval of CEP (Research Ethics Committee) from University of Itajaí Valley - Brazil with CAAE (Certificate of Presentation of Ethical Appreciation) number: 97615018.9.0000.012. The V2 database contains: 80 volunteers 1600 facial image samples (approximately) a frontal image (VIS, IR, DEPTH) by volunteer an image (VIS, IR, DEPTH) with a face turned to the right by a volunteer an image (VIS, IR, DEPTH) with a face turned to the left by a volunteer an image (VIS, IR, DEPTH) with a face turned up by a volunteer an image (VIS, IR, DEPTH) with a face turned down by a volunteer an image (VIS, IR, DEPTH) with random pose by volunteer Version 01 The images in this database version were collected by a single person during the period of October 10 to 27 of the year 2017. 8 classes in the computer science course at UNIVALI University were invited to participate in this paper, where 64 accepted to participate in this work.   • A corpus linguistics built to study the language of computational architecture, or architecture which focuses on technology developments. The corpus includes: (1) the volume titles, titles of articles and introduction keywords for the journal Architectural Design (AD) to retrieve keynotes in theoretical discourse, and (2) titles and abstracts of winning and honourable mentions of the eVolo Skyscraper competition to retrieve words in conceptual project titles and their descriptions. This dataset has around 100.000 words and can serve as a basis for quantitative, qualitative or mixed method analysis of the language used in AD and the eVolo skyscraper competition between 2005 and 2019. As AD is recognized as one of the journals focusing on the 'digital turns' in architecture, and eVolo is a the most prestigious architecturalcompetition which It includes .txt and .csv files as well as .svg and wordclouds.

  • Single cell transcriptomes from functionally-intact human retina and light-responsive human retinal organoids with functional synapses. Includes organoids aged from 6 to 46 weeks and a longitudinal time series of ischemia in the human retinal periphery. Human organoids recapitulating the cell-type diversity and function of their target organ are valuable for basic and translational research. We developed light-sensitive human retinal organoids with multiple nuclear and synaptic layers, and functional synapses. We sequenced the RNA of 285,441 single cells from these organoids at seven developmental time points and from the periphery, fovea, pigment epithelium and choroid of light-responsive adult human retinas.
