This research paper presents data on the investigation conducted to assess the degree of awareness and proficiency gap amongst construction experts on construction 4.0, South West, Nigeria. Globally, knowledge and proficiency of workers are considered key factors for quality delivery of construction projects. The construction industry is enthusiastic about implementing the modern technologies of the fourth industrial revolution into their operations. Consequently, the implementation of these technologies necessitates assessing the level of awareness and proficiency gap of the experts towards building the needed capabilities in the workforce. Data were collected using survey research design. Convenience sampling technique was adopted to select the respondents. Quantitative method with the use of closed ended questionnaire was used to collect the data. Cronbach Alpha test was used to confirm the validity of the questionnaire, which proved that the instrument were reliable. Descriptive analyses were conducted to interpret and give further explanation of the data collected and this present opportunity for further analyses.

A. 64 yowf with nodular and micronodular BCC on back. Treated with vismodegib 150mg Mon-Fri with tumor shrinkage to 23 by 7cm after a six month course and treated subsequently with a radical resection and removal of T2-L1 spinous processes. Pt remains disease free after 52 months of treatment and surgery B. 63 yowf with infiltrative BCC arising in venous stasis ulcer on right foot. Treated with vismodegib 150mg/day for three months then was stopped by patient due to muscle cramps. Clinically no evidence of disease at 36 months after stopping vismodegib.

Tank Detection and Count Dataset contains 760 satellite image tiles of size 512*512 pixels and one-pixel cover 30cm*30cm at ground level. Each tile is associated with .xml and .txt files. Both .xml and .txt file contains the same annotations of oil/gas tanks but in a different format. .xml contains the pascal VOC format and in .txt file, every line contains the class of the tank and four coordinates of the bounding box: xmin, ymin, xmax, ymax.

Endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) play a key role in neovascularization and have been linked to improved cardiovascular outcomes. Although there is a well-established inverse relationship between androgen levels and cardiovascular mortality in men, the role of androgens in EPC function is not fully understood. In this study, we investigated the effects of androgens on two subpopulations of EPCs, early EPCs (EEPCs) and late outgrowth EPCs (OECs), and their relationship with coronary collateralization. EEPCs and OECs were isolated from the peripheral blood of young healthy men and treated with dihydrotestosterone (DHT) with or without androgen receptor (AR) antagonist, hydroxyflutamide, in vitro. DHT treatment enhanced AR-mediated proliferation, migration and tubulogenesis of EEPCs and OECs in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, DHT augmented EPC sensitivity to extracellular stimulation by vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) via increased surface VEGF receptor expression and AKT activation. In vivo, xenotransplantation of DHT pretreated human EPCs augmented blood flow recovery and angiogenesis in BALB/c nude male mice, compared to mice receiving untreated EPCs, following hindlimb ischemia. In particular, DHT pretreated human OECs exhibited higher reparative potential than EEPCs in augmenting post-ischemic blood flow recovery in mice. Furthermore, whole blood was collected from the coronary sinus of men with single vessel coronary artery disease (CAD) who underwent elective percutaneous intervention (n=23). Coronary collateralization was assessed using the collateral flow index. Serum testosterone and EPC levels were measured. In men with CAD, circulating testosterone was positively associated with the extent of coronary collateralization and the levels of OECs. In conclusion, androgens enhance EPC function and promote neovascularization after ischemia in mice and are associated with coronary collateralization in men
