  • This repository provides additional data to accompany the paper: "Thermodynamics, Electronic Structure, and Vibrational Properties of Sn(n)[S(1–x)Se(x)](m) Solid Solutions for Energy Applications" D. S. D. Gunn, J. M. Skelton, L. A. Burton, S. Metz and S. C. Parker Chemistry of Materials 31 (10), 3672-3685 (2019), DOI: 10.1021/acs.chemmater.9b00362 This article examines the properties of four solid-solution models: Pnma and rocksalt Sn[S,Se], Sn[S,Se](2) and Sn(2)[S,Se](3). This repository makes available a full set of data for all of the ~5,000 symmetry-unique structures across the four sets of calculations, including: * Optimised structures; * Calculated total energies and degeneracies; * Calculated bandgaps and partial density of states (PDoS) curves; * Simulated dielectric functions; and * Data from lattice-dynamics calculations on selected structures. In addition, the thermodynamically averaged pair-distribution functions, PDoS curves, dielectric functions, and structural-similarity analyses presented in the paper, calculated based on a 900 K formation temperature, are also provided. Finally, the repository also contains sample input files for the Vienna Ab initio Simulation Package (VASP) code. For details of how this data was generated, viewers are referred to the published article and supporting information. Brief details of file formats and links to further documentation are given in the included README file.

Skelton, Journal of Physics: Energy 2, 025006 (2020), DOI: 10.1088/2515-7655/ab7839 This article examines the effect of alloying on the energetics, lattice dynamics and thermal transport of Pnma Sn[S,Se] solid solutions. This repository makes available a full set of lattice-dynamics calculations on ~1,300 structures across nine compositions, including: * Calculated phonon density of states (DoS) curves; * Unfolded band dispersions; * Thermodynamic functions; * Group velocities; and * Two-phonon joint density of states (JDoS) functions. In addition, the thermodynamically averaged DoS curves, unfolded dispersions, group velocities and JDoS functions discussed in the paper, calculated based on a 900 K formation temperature, are also provided. Finally, the repository also contains input files used for the calculations, including files for the Vienna Ab initio Simulation Package (VASP) and Phonopy codes.   • The presented cross-sectional dataset can be employed to analyze the governmental, trade, and competitiveness relationships of official COVID-19 reports. It contains 18 COVID-19 variables generated based on the official reports of 138 countries, as well as an additional 2163 governance, trade, and competitiveness indicators from the World Bank Group GovData360 and TCdata360 platforms in a preprocessed form.   • The clinical characteristics, chest computed tomographic (CT) scans, medicine treatment and laboratory information were collected and analyzed. All cases had finished CT scans and real-time reverse-transcriptase polymerase-chain reaction (RT-PCR) before admission and also had finished examinations after discharge from hospital per 2 weeks. The results of RT-PCR assay in all cases were negative after discharge. Clinical information included demographic data, medical history, symptoms, signs, course of the disease, length of stay in hospital, therapeutic schedule and basic disease. The characteristic of CT scans including the zone of lung lesion and CT imaging which are ground glass opacity (GGO), patch shadow, consolidation and reticular pattern. Blood tests upon admittance and in the early-stage evolution (24-48 hours) were carried out, including white blood cell (WBC) count, neutrophil count, lymphocyte count, monocyte count, platelet count and partial pressure of arterial oxygen (PaO2). According the tests, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and PaO2 /FiO2 (oxygen concentration) ratio were measured.
