In this work we have presented the state of the art of requirements engineering in methodologies used for the development of HRIS system web-based. To achieve this purpose, we started describing the structure of the requirements engineering process and the most common techniques used in such a process in the classic software
development for HRIS Traditionally non-web applications in an organization. During this study, various stages of the system development life cycle were executed. Understanding the problem statement, literature survey, analysis, interpretation, design and implementation gave the thorough idea of a study life-cycle. The objective behind designing of a new HRIS was to eliminate manual work to some extent and also help employees to access their own HRIS, and also sharing information with other departments in the organization. The process developed by this HRIS web-based system includes. First, I have main activities: capture requirements, definition and Analysis of requirements. The techniques most frequently used to perform these activities are among others, use cases, scenarios. I have used a combination of three requirements elicitation methodobservation, interviews and brainstorming. In the interview process, I have interviewed three potential customers. And finally, after brainstorming, I have used use case technique to specify the user requirements. Based on the user requirements, I have designed class attributes and activity diagram. In a second step I have designed the class diagram to get the clear picture of the future HRIS system. I have designed an outline of the methodologies for the web describing how these approaches cover the aspects related to requirements engineering, I use struts MVC framework and J2EE standard platform technology, a new flexible, high-effect, expandable enterprise human resources management system framework is designed and then implemented. This system not only can successfully resolve a large number of practical problems the enterprise human resources management faced to improve human resources management efficiency, but also the information system is simple and easy to implement, has strong features such as easy to expand, easy to maintain, flexible and secure. Finally, I have also designed GUI prototypes. This study can be further extended in implementation of other modules of HRIS like recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation, benefits and payroll. Can be used another framework for developing this application for example (ASP.NET MVC &Spring MVC) easily. Reason the persistence layer and business logic layer it will not be affected, thus the system flexibility and maintainability.
Using a US panel data set from 1982 to 1992, I analyze how the 1986 Tax Reform Act (TRA1986) influenced the value of pursuing a sustainable tax strategy.
I use the Compustat database to construct a panel data set for USA firms over the period 1982-1992. I only include firms with complete data for the entire study period. I then divide the sample into pre-reform (1982-1986) and post-reform (1988-1992) periods. I follow the accounting literature (e.g. Mayberry et al. 2015; Neuman et al. 2013; McGuire et al. 2014) that uses effective tax rates (ETRs) to measure tax avoidance. Lower ETRs imply that a firm engages in tax avoidance. Further, I identify a firm as having a sustainable tax strategy if the coefficient of variation of annual ETRs over a period of five years is low.
Results indicate a negative association between tax avoidance behavior and the application of sustainable tax strategies, suggesting that firms that engage in higher tax avoidance behavior are not able to sustain their tax positions over time. The findings also imply that the TRA1986 diminishes the benefits of sustainable tax strategies in tax avoidance behavior.
The data, code and results from a study on R package mbend are provided. R package mbend bends symmetric non-positive-definite matrices to symmetric positive definite matrices. A 5×5 non-positive-definite covariance matrix, its conversion to a correlation matrix, a 5×5 weight matrix for weighted bending, and an ill-conditioned genomic relationship matrix (created by method 1 of VanRaden, 2008) of 5,000 SNP and 1,000 animals with 10 duplicated genotypes and no quality control were used as data. Weighted and unweighted bending methods of Jorjani et al. (2003) and Schaeffer (2014) were tested and compared with the method of Bock et al. (1988) that is implemented in R package psych.

Raw data of yield components (seed yield, biomass, plant height, branches per plant, inflorescences per plant, inflorescence length), ion concentrations (sodium, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium concentrations and the K+/Na+, Ca2+/Na+ and Mg2+/Na+), leaf pigments (chlorophyll, anthocyanin and flavonoid contents), and carbon and nitrogen concentrations on a dry matter basis, and carbon (δ13C) and nitrogen (δ15N) isotope composition in the dry matter and soluble fraction, in the 3 replicates of quinoa accessions grown under fresh water and saline irrigation treatments.
This database includes the averages (2006, 2010, 2014, 2016 and 2017) of state financial condition in the United States, Medicaid spending per enrollee and a number of control variables in an analysis of the effects of Medicaid spending on state financial condition. The SPSS database is included here. The hypothesis was that the effects were significant and possibly positive. I found an offsetting effect on revenues and expenditures which nulled the overall effect on state financial condition.
