In the related manuscript, the importance of surface heat fluxes is evaluated by means of the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model. To that end, two WRF simulations are compared considering the presence and absence of these heat fluxes. Due to the huge size of the assessed cyclone which generated an extense domain to analyze and due to its long life-cycle, the obtained WRF model outputs are of considerable size. Therefore, only the WRF run files are provided here. Furthermore, the post-processing NCL and Matlab scripts are provided here with which the different analyzed variables have been plotted for the two analyzed dates considering the presence and absence of surface heat fluxes.

This data set contains MATLAB scripts which generate a Persistence Score (PS) for a time series. The time series are generated from dynamical systems (specifically the Lorenz model, Rossler model, and Logistics map) across an array of bifurcation parameters. The PS scores are generated from a persistence diagram which is taken of a bi-variate kernel density estimate of a planar projection of the time series data. This library contains MATLAB data structures which store the results several studies of the PS scores. Specifically, results are included which span a bifurcation of the Rossler, Logistics, and Lorenz models. The same results are given in separate data structures for time-series with added White Gaussian noise. The PS scores are computed along with 0/1 scores, and these scoring systems are compared. A MALTAB file (Scoring.m) unpacks and plots the results of this study. A Gaussian smoothing function is used in this study to condition gray scale images in preparation for persistent homology. The effect of th kernel width sigma on the PS scores is studied, and MATLAB data structures are included which contain the results of this study for clean data along with data contaminated with noise at an Signal to Noise Ratio of 30 dB over a span of sigma = 0.1 to sigma 4.0.

The present data article aims to provide the whole dataset obtained during an experiment of updating laser scan point clouds with photogrammetry meshes. It was investigated whether photos from smartphones are also appropriate for updating point clouds by using photogrammetry in a factory environment. The photos (369) taken in 08:30 min with the smartphone were taken with the App 645 PRO Mk III with the settings ISO 250, F-Stop 1.8, Shutterspeed 1/125 sec. The result was that photos from current smartphones (here tested: iPhone XS) are suitable for photogrammetry applications. Main component are the comparison of the datasets of three devices: Nikon D810 with Sigma art 24mm, iPhone 6 and iPhone XS. In this repository one dataset (photos in .TIFF) of the iPhone XS is provided. The test environment was a technical room in a factory. The data sets are used for a photogrammetry comparison. Furthermore, all settings in the RealityCapture BETA 1.0 and Meshroom 2019 2.0 software are provided. A comparison of calculation time and quality of the 3D meshes was performed. The data set of the iPhone XS can be used to compare further photogrammetry software or single algorithms. Besides the images, the point clouds of the laser scanner are provided. This also includes the combination of laser scan point cloud and photogrammetry mesh. This data in brief article is published as an co-submission of the paper "Approach for an Update Method for Digital Factory Models" in the Procedia CIRP CMS 2020. Conclusions and further information can be found in this paper.

Ambient noise dataset collected from Andi town area with the diameter of survey zone expands as close as 5km. Total 192 nodes (Fairfield Nodal Zland-3C) equipped with 5Hz three-component geophones were used to build a dense seismic network with the average adjacent station interval about 300m. The raw noise dataset was firstly low pass filtered and then decimated to 50Hz. For each station, the continuous noise records were divided into 6945 segments using 1-min-long time windows without overlap. Only Vertical component ambient noise records were used to retrieve fundamental-mode Rayleigh wave dispersion signals and travel-time data. These datasets drive the tomographic studies of geothermal filed. The datasets consist of four parts: 1, The decimated ambient noise records of eight stations used for spectrograms saved in matlab format; 2, Dispersion energy matrix of all station pairs saved in matlab format; 3, Travel time data were listed in three column (source, receiver, time respectively); 4, Coordinates of all stations in our seismic networks.

A questionnaire contained eight questions was designed following the FINDRISC method to assess the risk of developing diabetes in the next ten years. The FINDRISC score vary from 0 to 26 and can be divided into categories. The questionnaire includes the following variables: age, family history of diabetes, waist circumference, body mass index, daily consumption of fruits and vegetables, physical activity, high blood glucose, history antihypertensive drug treatment. In addition, three questions were added to find out the use of tobacco, the health insurance, and the average distances traveled per day. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 21.0 and our survey was performed in September 2019. The results of our statistical analysis revealed for whole population an average score of 10,87 (SD = 5,12). The analysis of the score for whole population did not reveal a significant meaning. Accordingly, the researcher tried to approach the analysis by risk and age.
