  • This dataset comprehends data and and associated R code used to run the analysis for the paper. We also include an R Markdown Dynamic document. We tested whether the amount of melanomacrophages and hepatic cellular catabolism substances are influenced by land use changes in the Brazilian Cerrado. Data contains the Environmental matrix (Q) composed of the land use classes for each samplimg site, species trait (R) matrix with content of each pigment in cells, averaged from all individuals, and species composition matrix (L) with the species incidence in all sampling sites.

  • Many qualitative and quantitative metrics have been developed to analyze the output of limited-channel EEG recordings in neonates. A significant roadblock in the widespread dissemination of these techniques is the device-specific, “black-box” nature of the analytic algorithms, preventing comparison between studies and the obsolescence of old recordings as software is abandoned. We have developed NEAT (Neonatal EEG Analysis Toolbox) as an open-source software platform to overcome these challenges. NEAT runs within MATLAB and is designed to work with any single-channel EEG input, regardless of source or sampling rate. This package includes MATLAB source code and a sample recording file for testing purposes.   • This program, originally released with Sipkens et al. (2020a), is designed to invert tandem measurements of aerosol size distributions. This includes the inversion of particle mass analyzer-differential mobility analyzer (PMA-DMA) data to find the two-dimensional mass-mobility distribution. Earlier versions of this software are archived with Zenodo (cf. 10.5281/zenodo.3692122). This repository is hosted on GitHub at https://github.com/tsipkens/mat-2d-aerosol-inversion. This version corresponds to v2.1 of this code.

  • Ab-initio calculations for the adsorption of H2O on a carbene-like zigzag site at the edge of a poly aromatic hydrocarbon. Videos with the frontal and lateral views of the intrinsic reaction coordinate calculation are provided to emphasize the rotational process. This information is a relevant evidence of the electronic effects that induce rotation of the water molecule and provides explanation from ab initio procedures to the slow H2O adsorption sometimes attributed to diffusion problems.
