The inherent heterogeneity of the prebiotic milieu is often overlooked when studying nonenzymatic reactions. However, it is important to note that the prebiotic soup of a putative ‘RNA World’ would have been replete with a plethora of molecules resulting from complex chemical syntheses, as well as exogeneous delivery. The presence of such background molecules could lead to pertinent phenomena such as molecular crowding, which can potentially affect how a reaction would advent in a crowded milieu. In the current study, we have analyzed the effect of crowding on the stacking ability of the RNA monomers, using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. In particular, DOSY and 13C-T1 relaxation studies are carried out to understand the formation of pseudo-oligomeric species at higher nucleotide concentrations and the effect of crowding agents on such oligomers. Our findings corroborate that the purine monomers possess better stacking efficiency than pyrimidine based monomers. Significantly, this competence is further enhanced in the presence of a crowding agent. Interestingly, this enhanced stacking could result in higher sequestration of the purine monomers, putting their ready availability for relevant nonenzymatic polymerization and replication reactions into question. Taken together, this study demonstrates the need for systematic biophysical characterization of molecular crowding in the context of prebiotically pertinent processes. Unraveling such phenomena is essential to gather a real understanding of how the transition from abiotic to biotic, would have happened during the origin of life.

The proposed dataset is an addition to the one published here - http://dx.doi.org/10.17632/bzxk2n78s9.1 . It is also aimed at benchmarking the performance of SfM software under varying conditions - image positions, but also used cameras. The dataset is comprised on images of 11 objects with varying shapes, sizes and surface textures. It is divided into three parts: - Objects imaged in a semi-circle only from one side - 9 images per object - Objects imaged in a full circle from only one height - 18 images per object - Objects images in a full circle from multiple heights - 54 images per object Three cameras are used to capture the images - Canon 600D, Canon 6D and Canon 5Ds. All images contain EXIF data with used camera parameters. The images do not come with ground truth. Supplement 1: Report of Cases Seven patients were prescribed dupilumab for chronic recalcitrant presumed AD (cases 1-4), or as an off-label treatment for patients with MF and severe pruritus (cases 5-7). In all 7 patients, the standard dosing regimen for dupilumab was followed (600mg loading dose, followed by 300mg every 2 weeks subcutaneously). Case vignettes and photographs found below.

The proposed dataset can be used to test the precision of scaling SfM reconstructed objects using camera positioning data. In addition position uncertainty data from a DJI GPS RTK in X,Y and Z is added, so the propagation of uncertainty from the positioning sensor to the calculated scale can be calculated. The camera positions are also given with any uncertainty, so other types of position uncertainty can be used to test how the system will react with different uncertainty inputs. Images from two objects are given - an angel statue and a wind turbine blade. Images are taken in a semi-circle pattern around the object and a total of 19 images are taken from each object. The positions of the images are given in a separate file, while all the images contain EXIF data with the used camera parameters. All images are captured using Canon 5Ds DSLR camera. More information on how the scale and scale uncertainty can be calculated are present in the referenced paper.

Here are the results in a paper entitled "Characterization of the 2008 phreatomagmatic eruption of Okmok from ArcticDEM and InSAR: deposition, erosion, and deformation" submitted to JGR Solid Earth in 2020. The main revision compared to version 1: This revision does not use one DEM (acquired on 15 May 2016) that was partly contaminated by clouds in the north flank of Ahmanilix. This revision mostly improves the result of the elevation change rate (rate.tif), but it also slightly changes the elevation change data and its corresponding uncertainties. It includes the 2-m resolution surface elevation change of the 2008 Okmok eruption (Fig. 3a in the paper) and the 2-m resolution post-eruptive elevation change rate map (Fig. 4), as well as the corresponding uncertainties (Fig. S3). It also includes the boundary of the proximal deposit field classified using a minimum elevation increase of 2 m, the boundary of large slope failure, and the shorelines of two lakes (Fig. 3a and S5) at different acquisition times. The GeoTIFF files can be viewed in free and open-source software QGIS, in Google Earth, or by Matlab using code https://github.com/ihowat/setsm_postprocessing/blob/master/readGeotiff.m. The shapefiles can be viewed in QGIS. Google Earth may not show some of the shapefiles well.
