Description

This dataset contains the raw data supporting main Figures 1-6 and Supplementary Figures 1, 2, 3, 5, 7,9,10,13-16 used in the manuscript "Dexmedetomidine Inhibits Fear Memory Consolidation via the Astrocyte-Specific Srebf1-Phgdh Pathway in the Prelimbic Prefrontal Cortex" submitted to Cell Reports. This dataset includes all animal behavioral data from mice, covering fear conditioning, open field test, elevated plus maze test, and prepulse inhibition test. The animal behavioral experiments included the control group, dexmedetomidine group, Srebf1 knockdown group, astrocyte-specific Srebf1 knockdown group, astrocyte-specific Phgdh knockdown group, astrocyte-specific Phgdh overexpression group, along with their respective negative control groups, the D-serine group, and the saline control group. It also contains RNA sequencing analysis, insulin ELISA measurement, validation of virus knockdown efficiency, quantification of electrophysiological data.
