Star gooseberry (Phyllanthus acidus), known for its sour and tangy flavor, is recognized in Ayurveda and traditional medicine for its various health benefits such as detoxification, digestive Health, anti-inflammatory properties, antibacterial and antiviral and cardiovascular health. The dataset named “AmlaNet “consists of 792 image samples of Amla at different growth stages that are captured in plain background with varying angles, different amla sizes, brightness levels, and varying distances that contribute to the area of fruit detection, quality assessment, weight estimation, and classification of fruits at different ripeness stages.
