The data set contains demographic information of participants, items on performance-related compensation, job autonomy, initiative climate, and employee innovation. Data have been processed, as data aggregation has been done for all the main variables; interactive terms have been created etc. The data was used to test the main effects of job autonomy, performance-related compensation, and initiative climate on employee innovation as well as interactive effects, that is, whether the job autonomy-employee innovation relationship was moderated by performance-related compensation and initiative climate, respectively.
