Description

This dataset contains processed source data supporting the manuscript "Cross-phenotype and cross-species integrative genomic prioritization of FOXF2 and FOXC1 at a cerebral small vessel disease locus." It includes source data for regional association analyses, candidate-gene prioritization, QTL/colocalization summaries, fine-mapping results, GWAS Catalog annotation, and human and mouse brain vascular expression analyses. Available R scripts for the human marker-inferred expression analysis, mouse brain vascular expression analysis, and generation of the combined expression figure are also provided. Version 2 incorporates GRCh37 coordinate harmonization of the METASTROKE SVD dataset, updated SVD regional and fine-mapping results, revised candidate-gene positional annotation, and updated supplementary source data.

Steps to reproduce

The dataset contains processed source data and analysis scripts supporting the manuscript. Original GWAS summary statistics and transcriptomic datasets were obtained from public repositories or study sources described in the manuscript. The processed figure source data, table source data and supplementary tables can be used to reproduce the reported regional association summaries, candidate-gene prioritization results, QTL/colocalization summaries, fine-mapping summaries, GWAS Catalog annotation summaries and brain vascular expression analyses. Available R scripts for the human and mouse brain vascular expression analyses and the combined Figure 4 are provided in the scripts folder. The full original GWAS summary statistics and full transcriptomic matrices are not redistributed in this dataset.
