Description

Raw data are from a cross-sectional study conducted in the sample of 156 professional athletes, including 73 cyclists and 83 runners, aged 18 to 64 years. The online Google Forms survey included several demographic questions, the Generalized Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), the Inventory of Coping with Stressful Situations-21 (CISS-21), and the Sports Motivation Scale (SMS-28).
