Stroke-associated pneumonia (SAP) is a frequent and severe complication of acute ischemic stroke (AIS). This study aimed to evaluate the predictive value of the low-grade inflammation score (INFLA-score), a composite inflammatory marker, for the development of SAP in AIS patients.
