Description

Supplementary Resource 1. High resolution Treg localization in coronal sections of wildtype and αCamKIIIL2 mice. Healthy perfused mouse brains from wildtype and αCamKIIIL2 mice were compared by immunofluorescent confocal imaging. CD4 (green), Foxp3 (red), laminin α4 (vascular basement membrane, white) and DAPI (blue). Left, wildtype mouse. Right, αCamKIIIL2 mouse. High resolution allows zooming and panning for localization of Tregs across the entire coronal section. Supplementary Resource 2. Code for single-cell RNA-seq analysis for wildtype vs αCamKIIIL2 mice. Code is provided in .pdf and .Rmd formats. Supplementary Resource 3. Code for single-cell RNA-seq analysis for PHP.GFAP-GFP- vs PHP.GFAP-IL2-treated mice. Code is provided in .pdf and .Rmd formats.
