Description

This data set contains the simulation results for the demand response potential of heat pumps and electric vehicles with different communication protocols. For each communication protocol, 50 different devices are simulated over one year. The parameters of these devices are drawn from a uniform distribution. To calculate the demand response potential, each device is simulated in three instances in parallel: One instance does not receive any demand response signals, one instance receives signals for upward flexibility, and one instance receives signals for downward flexibility. The signals are sent in a random two-hour time window each day. The demand response potential is subsequently calculated based on the differences between the three instances. The simulation results are stored separately for each day.
