NEURON - Script/Matfiles for ploting figures

Description

Figure_script1 contains all scripts used for plotting each sub figure (from main and sup figures) in the paper Figure_matfiles1 is the corresponding data that is loaded to plot those figures Other FigureX_script are for those specific sub/figures Figure_pptx contains all the pptx files used to compose the figure (original format keynote exported to pptx) support_scripts contains additional script/function to plot and print high resolution figures -> need to set print setup with corresponding name

Steps to reproduce

To reproduce any figure, 1. unzip all files in the same folder (make sure both script and mat are present) 2. add the support scripts if same plots are to be made (scatter etc) 3. chose the script to run
