Description

This dataset captures the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on sleep quality and related factors among individuals in Bangladesh. The COVID-19 pandemic significantly disrupted daily life worldwide, leading to notable changes in sleep patterns, increased prevalence of insomnia, and broader sleep-related problems that adversely affected mental and physical health. Data were collected using online self-report surveys from a total of 945 participants residing in Bangladesh (59.2% male, 40.8% female). The dataset includes demographic information and survey responses related to sleep quality and COVID-19-associated factors. Finally, this dataset is intended to support researchers, clinicians, and public health professionals in understanding COVID-19-related sleep disturbances and can be reused for statistical analysis, machine learning, and epidemiological research focused on pandemic-related mental and sleep health outcomes.
