According to this study's findings, there is a significant impact of customer satisfaction on food truck image, word of mouth and customer revisit intention. Word of mouth positively influenced revisit intention of food truck customer. Food truck image insignificant of customer revisit intention. The results revealed on insignificant mediating effect of customer satisfaction on revisit intention of customer through food truck image and word of mouth. The result also finds, environmental practices are mediation impacts between service quality and customer satisfaction.
