Python Jupyter Notebook together with exemplary images to perform automatic microscopic image analysis using moving window local Fourier Transform and Machine Learning data decomposition using Non-Negative Matrix Factorization (NMF). The number of decomposition components is obtained from prior PCA Scree Plot analysis. fix for new scikit-learn version 1.1 or above (init of NMF changed) tested with HyperSpy-bundle 2023.05.16 hyperspy >=1.7.5
