Description

As an expert nursing educator, I am committed to shaping and developing future nurses, ensuring they acquire both professional and interpersonal skills necessary for performing their duties with responsibility and competence in a global environment. The pedagogical process involves an integrated approach that utilizes teaching methods such as group work, discussions, and clinical simulations to help students develop practical and theoretical skills. Through patient-centered learning and the use of the latest technology, students are prepared to meet the challenges of the profession and adhere to the highest standards of care. This paper also examines the significance of empathy and continuous learning in the development of qualified and responsible professionals.
