Table S1. Sheets “prior to reversal” and “after reversal” contain time intervals over which parameters of magnetosheath plasma surrounding the magnetic field reversal events were averaged, and the parameters themselves: averaged MSO observation position, number densities of H+, O+, O2+ and bulk velocity vector of H+ in MSO. Sheet “during reversal” contains identified times of magnetic field reversal events, and corresponding plasma parameters: position in MSO, number densities of H+, O+, O2+, bulk velocity vectors of H+, O+, O2+ in MSO, and O2+ temperature estimated from Maxwellian curve fit.
