Description: This dataset contains the raw and processed experimental data supporting the article titled "Evaluation of Anticancer and Pro-Oxidant Activities of Oleic and Linoleic Acid–Enriched Extracts Derived from the Oleaginous Yeast Yarrowia lipolytica". The files include: Cell viability (MTT assay) results for HT-29 cancer and HFF normal cells treated with linoleic acid–rich (Met1), oleic acid–rich (Met4), and culture supernatants (YS1, YS4) from Y. lipolytica strains W29 and PO1d, across 24, 48, and 72 hours. Intracellular ROS levels (fold change) in HT-29 cells. Flow cytometry data for apoptosis/necrosis (Annexin V/PI) and cell cycle distribution (PI staining). Gene expression (qRT-PCR) values for BAX, BCL-2, CASP3, and CASP9, including ΔCt and fold-change calculations. Caspase-3/7 activity measurements. All data are presented as mean ± SD from at least three independent biological replicates and were used to generate figures and tables in the manuscript.
