Description

Supplementary file 2 from manuscript by Silva et al., 2025 in Journal of Dairy Science, titled: "Omega-3 fatty acids supplementation from late pregnancy to early lactation attenuates the endocannabinoid system and immune proteome in preovulatory follicles and endometrium of Holstein dairy cows" by P. dos S. Silva, Y. Butenko, G. Kra, S. Malitsky, M. Itkin, Y. Levin, U. Moallem, and M. Zachut. Volcani Institute, Israel. The proteomic analysis was of granulosa cells collected from pre-ovulatory follicles of dairy cows that were supplemented from late pregnancy to early lactation with omega-3 fatty acids. The follicular aspiration was conducted at 58 days in lactation. The data presents the differential proteins between controls (fed saturated fat) and cows supplemented with omega-3.
