The following data is a compilation of the transcripts of different interviews and focus groups within the framework of a qualitative investigation with experts on the factors to understand the administrative, operational and financial management of the restaurant industry, as well as the demand and key factors of success for business idea.

Steps to reproduce
Experts were identified for interviews. They were invited to the interviews through a video calling platform such as Teams or Meets. In both cases the meetings were recorded. Subsequently, the recordings were processed with the GPT-enhanced transcription processor TL;DV.
