This study aims to explore the role of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in analyzing data and academic content, with a focus on modern technologies that have transformed the processes of information collection, processing, and knowledge extraction. It reviews key algorithms and platforms that rely on Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) for analyzing academic texts, classifying them, and uncovering hidden patterns and relationships between concepts, authors, and sources. The study also discusses the applications of these tools in interactive data visualization to support research decision-making and provides a comparative assessment of leading tools, evaluating their effectiveness in supporting researchers and academic institutions. The study concludes that integrating AI tools into scientific research environments contributes to accelerating knowledge production, improving analytical quality, and expanding access to knowledge—particularly when designing multilingual research platforms that can integrate seamlessly with algorithmic analysis systems.
