Data (data_w_fcs.csv) and R code (report_coca_POU5F1_isoforms.R) to reproduce results in Expression of OCT4 isoforms is reduced in primary colorectal cancer by Turyova E, Mikolajcik P, Grendar M, Kudelova E, Holubekova V, Kalman M, Marcinek J, Hrnciar M, Kovac M, Miklusica J, Laca L, Lasabova Z. The resulting RNotebook report in in report_coca_POU5F1_isoforms.html file.

Files

Steps to reproduce

Create the following dir structure: ./_R, where the R code should be placed; ./_data, where the data csv should be placed; ./_out, where the results (figures and csv files) will be placed. Set the working directory in RStudio to ./_R. Run Compile Report (Ctrl+Shift+K) to produce the html report.
