Description

This dataset can be considered as reference data for the simulation of transitional flow in laryngeal flow. In this dataset, hdf5, ASCII, and movie files are provided. The hdf5 is 2D planes, whereas the ASCII files represent the time average of line cuts and instantaneous values of flow parameters at certain probes. These probes are certain locations in the computational domain used to record the flow parameters at each time step. In total, there are 27 probes at different locations.

Files

Steps to reproduce

1- Determine a proper geometry 2- Determine the initial and boundary conditions 3- Perform a direct numerical simulation (DNS) with immersed boundary method (IBM) 4- Perform a large eddy simulation (LES) 5- Perform an unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stoked (URANS) simulation
