Description

A quantitative research approach–choice-based conjoint analysis–was adopted to assess consumer preferences. Data were collected from 492 respondents and attributes such as food quality, service quality, price, online reviews, ambience, location, quality of ingredients, menu style, and restaurant type were analysed. The analysis was conducted using a full-factorial discrete choice experiment (DCE) on an online platform.
