Description

Raw polysomnography (PSG) data of 23 volunteers participated in two experimental sessions: a session with slow-wave sleep (SWS) suppression (s) during one night’s sleep and a session with a regular night’s sleep as a control (c). The data includes EEG, EOG, EMG and ECG in lead II with 250 Hz sampling rate. Archive 6EEG.rar contains PSG data with 6 EEG channels. Archive 19EEG.rar contains PSG data with 19 EEG channels. Visual scoring of each 30 s epoch of PSG recording as awake, NREM stage 1, 2, 3 (SWS), or REM sleep was performed according to standard AASM criteria. Each PSG contains markers of sleep stages (NREM1, NREM2, NREM3, or REM). In archive 19EEG.rar PSG recorded during sessions with slow-wave sleep suppression (s) contains also markers of sounds (from 0 to 9), which were presented to suppress SWS.
