Data sets of (1) specific hyphal lengths (SHLs) among transects (SHLs.csv), (2) hyphal length (HL) productions in control bags (HL productions in control bags.csv), and (3) HL and hyphal C mass (HC) productions of extraradical mycorrhizal hyphae (EMH) in in-growth bags (HL and HC productions of EMH.csv) provided with the article “Evidence for the coupling of extraradical mycorrhizal hyphae production to plant C assimilation in Japanese warm-temperate forest of arbuscular mycorrhizal and ectomycorrhizal tree species” by Holger Schäfer, Mioko Ataka, Masako Dannoura, Akira Osawa.
