The data presented in this file corresponds to the raw data, analyzed data files, and supplementary information of the procedure for the paper "Characterization of Adhesion Strength between Carbon Nanotubes and Cementitious Materials" by Marrero Rosa, R.E., Corr, D.J., Espinosa, H.D., and Shah, S.P. Adhesion Data for Sections 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3 file contains: 1. adh_{name}_{section}.txt - are files that contain the raw data of adhesion force and indentation depth measure by the MWCNTs modified AFM probe and the different substrates presented. 2. {name}.tif - are some images obtain within the AFM procedure of the tested regions 3. cement micoindentation_benchmark - shows the roughness data obtain by Laser Confocal Microscope in preparation to acquire adhesion maps. 4. Adhesion_Supplementary analysis_information- give insight into the data analysis and interpretation for the 3 sets of data acquisition presented in the paper. Chemical Analysis Correlation Section 3.3 file contains: 1. {name}.tif - 25um by 25 um AFM topography superimposed to the electron image chemical analysis lines for adhesion strength and chemistry correlation. 2. Line Data {num}.cvs - chemical analysis line raw data 3. Lien Data {num}.xlsx - chemical analysis data calculations and mapping coordinate calculation in columns (P-S). Average 3 is a moving average of 3 elements and an average 5 moving average of 5 for Ca/Si, (Al+Fe)/Ca, or S/Ca ratios 4. SEMEDS 1042020_mapping_2.pttx - a strategy used for getting the mapping coordinates from SEM-EDS and AFM-QNM. Ca/Si is correlated to the adhesion strength of the nearest point in the AFM QNM grid.
