The pin of the disc machine was used to carry out the experimental wear test of the PLA/Cu composite filament. The ASTM G99 standard was applied during the wear test of the composite product. A tempered steel alloy with a hardness of 62 HRC and a surface roughness (Ra) of 0.54 microns was used as a counter material. The samples and the steel disc are cleaned with the grinding paper after dipping into the deep acetone before the wear test. The wear test was performed on the test piece produced by variation in load (20,30 and 40 N), track diameter (40, 50, and 60 mm), and speed (400,500,600 rpm).
