Brazilians consumers expectations about cider (fermented apple drink)

Questionnaire applied with the objective of identifying potential Brazilian consumers for cider and their expectations in relation to such drink. However, the questionnaire also included questions about consumption habits and purchase of other alcoholic beverages. In total, 533 people responded.
