Effectiveness of the University Executive Network-Training Program (NExT-U) on executive functions in university students

Description

Participants were 27 second-year Psychology students (74% female; mean age = 19 years). The experimental group (n=7) received three training sessions focused on Conscious Regulation of Behavior, Decision-Making, Emotional Regulation, and Monitoring of Responsibilities, identified through an initial assessment using the UEF-1 Scale. The control group (n=20) continued with their usual academic activities
