Jobify Recruiting Srl, in collaboration with the University of Bergamo and in particular Prof. Massimiliano Barattucci, is developing a tool for measuring Person-Organization fit in the recruitment process. The instrument provides for the measurement on the company side and on the candidate side of 9 dimensions which describe the cultural, value, and work environment aspects. The questionnaire is aimed at measuring the fit between the company and the candidate so that the level of matching between the two entities emerges. The 9 dimensions measured are Change, Autonomy, Collaboration, Competitiveness, Ethics, Development, Attention to results, Customer orientation, and Centralisation. The scales were developed starting from an updated review of the most recent research and reviews on the subject of P-O fit and corporate values, as regards the selection of measured values. The items of all sizes, completely original, have been created starting from a complete review of the literature.
