Description

This dataset contains the information needed to replicate the results reported in the Master thesis entitled "Impact of chemical mechanisms and local emission inventories in the simulation of O3 and CO concentrations using WRF-Chem". The files include modeled and observed values of air quality and meteorological variables, as well as an R code, to perform the model validation. This dataset also contains two QGIS modules and one python script that correspond to the modifications implemented to the BIGA model, that were needed in order to couple this model with WRF-Chem.

Steps to reproduce

This dataset was generated using the Weather Research and Forecast model with Chemistry Version 3.7 (WRF-Chem 3.7), and extracting air quality and meteorological records from the air quality monitoring network of Manizales, Caldas.
