Description of this data

This research data contains several files related to the article " Modelling the functioning of a coupled Microphytobentic-EPS-bacterial system in intertidal mudflats" which consists of:
1 - One configuration file (config.ini) which was used with the Eco3M model (under Cecill license, code version: 2006) to simulate the finctionning of a benthic system (Microphytobenthos, EPS, Bacteria)
2 - Four files used as forcing variables of the model (tempBDV_10d.DAT, mareeBDV_10d.DAT, irradBDV_10d.DAT, DIN2cm_10d.DAT)
3- Fourteen files of functions used to simulate the processes of the benthic system
