Description

Reflectance spectra and code used for analysis of paper characterising novel reflecting filters (intrarhabdomal structural reflectors, ISR) in stomatopod crustacean larval retinas. Published in Current Biology, 2019. Three folders contain spectral reflectance data from in vivo spectroscopy experiment, code and files for visual model quantifying quantal catch of photoreceptors with and without ISR, and code for model describing ISR photonics response.
