Troy OttDescription
We conducted two separate experiments to characterize changes in subsets of peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL) and their phenotype over the estrous cycle and early pregnancy in heifers and cows. The data presented include: the gating strategy for determining positive antibody labeling and antibody specificity (Figure S1), the expression of immune molecules in heifers from experiment 1 that were not affected by status and day (Figure S2), and the expression of immune molecules in cows from experiment 2 that were not affected by status and day (Figure S3).
