This repository contains sequencing data related to "Elucidation of E3 Ubiquitin Ligase Specificity Through Proteome-wide Degron Mapping" by Zhang et al. Data is included for the GPS peptidome screen with and without MLN, results from the composition-based SVM machine learning model, along with sequencing data for scanning and saturation mutagenesis degron footprints, and from CRISPR screens for identification of E3-degron pairs. Westernblot raw images from cycloheximide chase and co-immunoprecipitation assays are also included.
