Description

Data associated with Trevathan-Tackett et al. "Effects of elevated temperature on microbial breakdown of seagrass leaf and tea litter biomass" in Biogeochemistry. Mass data and microsensor profiles for green tea, rooibos tea, and seagrass leaf litter decomposition over one month under three temperature treatments (22C, 27C, 32C). Oxygen, hydrogen sulphide, pH and total sulphide microprofiles were measured for each treatment (n=1). Technical averages for profiles include 1-3 replicate profiles of the same sample.
