Description

These brain templates were created by combining 4 mouse brains acquired with a serial optical coherence tomography scanner (SOCS). The Advanced Normalization Tools (ANTs) were used to created the normalized brains. The templates were also co-registered to the Allen mouse Common Coordinate Framework (CCF). The local attenuation contrast was computed from the OCT reflectivity contrast using a single-scattered photon model. These brains were sub-sampled to an isotropic resolution of 50 microns / voxel. More details about the OCT volume reconstruction, template creation and other associated methods are described in the publication listed with this dataset.
